CONTEMPT OF COURT

Contempt of Court is easily misused by corrupt judiciary to silence criticism of judicial wrong doing.
It is a device for suppressing free speech and expression.
On july 27 , 2016 two panelists and the host on MONTIE RADIO in Ghana were charged with Contempt of Court. And convicted by Supreme Court of Ghana for “disrespecting” , “scandalizing” and bringing the “reputation” of the Supreme Court in disrepute.
MONTIE 3 were sentenced to 4 months in jail each and given a fine of GHC10000 (2000 British pounds) each. The owner and directors of the station were convicted of same offense. But given a total fine of GHC60000 (12000 British pounds) each or a month in jail each.
Montie (translated as LISTEN ALL OF YOU) Three were reported to have expressed worry and criticized the way Supreme Court was entertaining a case before it. Something to do with purity of Ghana’s Voters Register for December 7 , 2016 presidential and parliamentary elections.
The TRIO disliked suspected attempt to create a NEW VOTERS REGISTER. To satisfy machinations of major opposition political party.
The nation reacted with mixed reactions to the sentencing of the three. Over 100000 citizens have petitioned the president of Ghana. To invoke article 72 of the Constitution , which empowers the president to use power of mercy to pardon , free convicted offenders serving jail terms.
The petitioners see the punishment as harsh , unfair and selective. In view of the fact that others have done worse and have received lighter sentencing. They wonder why judges and justices captured live on video demanding and taking bribes to pervert justice have not be sentenced to jail term and fined upon conviction. Some of the corrupt justices and judges have only been removed from office.
Such officials do bring the judiciary into great disrepute.

JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES

Jehovah’s Witnesses are irrational and too set in their senseless ways.
They refuse to accept anything apart from their views. And interpretation of the Bible. The Witnesses have their own special translation of the Bible.
They are bogus Christian group at odds with all other Christians. With fake understanding of Scripture , God , Heaven , Hell and Salvation. These are very inhumane cultists , drunkened with poisoned and false sense of who they are. Jehavah’s Witnesses claim to be best followers and worshippers of Jehovah , God.
For years they predicted end of the World and Rupture. The predictions were changed many times without success.
Now they have abandonned the predictions. After a secret meeting of top officials at their Headquarters in New York.
Two major magazines of the sect are Watch Tower and Akwae. The papers are propaganda materials. To deceive and trick readers to accept their teachings. And cause them to think Witnesses are the only obedient servants of Jehovah , God.
Charles Russel was founder of the cult. He had character deformity which caused him to fear Hell. And then set to do all to show non-existence of Hell and Heaven for peoples after death.
He was good at memorizing Bible passages. He emphasized Paradise on Earth for the saved and everlasting sleep for the unsaved.
Jehovah’s Witnesses follow teachings of Charles Russel and spread them widely.

HUGO CHAVEZ

Revolutionary President of Venezuela was Hugo Chavez. The people knew his humanity. They always voted him as their leader. He stood for the oppressed , exploited and excluded under Capitalism. And made life good and fine for the people. Chavez was morally sound and stood up to evil. At UNITED NATIONS in New York , he got up with eyes fixed on then American president G W Bush. And eloquently and with great moral sense denounced Bush as very evil man , one who thought the world was for him and could do as he wished. No one could be so bold and very correct. Chavez felt for the poor in America. He sent part of his nation’s rich oil , free of charge to America. He did so to save Americans from dying of cold. The oil was necessary for heating homes of the impoverished and excluded in so called rich America. Yet America steals funds of its poor citizens in war racket , into the pockets of WALL STREET criminals , political thieves , arms and drug dealers. America has criminalized doing good. And legalize doing bad , exploitation of labour of workers. Feeding the poor , homeless and excluded is a crime in America. Only America has such twisted sense of morality , freedom and justice. On US Dollar is IN GOD WE TRUST. This god they trust must be SATAN , father of lies and evil. True God is Love , not anti homeless. He abhors evil. He cares for the oppressed and poor. God is anti Capitalism , an evil system that feeds and survives on exploitation , oppression and dehumanization of workers and children of True God , source of all existence.

PRAYER AND ANSWER

Prayer of a believer is answered by God. The answer is a mystery and may confound the petitioner. The wish of one praying is not that of God in many cases. And answered prayer may be different from what is prayed for. Paul had a torn in his flesh. It was not a spike. But an affiiction , pain. He asked God three times to remove the suffering. To Paul God did not. Later he confessed that in weakness , pain and suffering he found strength. In other words his petition was not answered according to his wish. But unremoval of the pain was God’s answer and a good one for him , as Paul recognized later on. Today make fake , mercinary evangelists , pastors and self appointed prophets claim and preach that all prayers of the believer are answered as wished by the petitioner , by faith and in the nane of Jesus the Christ. This bogus notion of prayer shows in emphasis on prosperity gospel. And the formula applied to praying. God is commanded in Jesus name to heal the sick , bring prosperity to the poor and to make the rich even more rich. Careful look at the formula shows that these so called pastors and leaders are of the evil one. And are commanding elementals to effect changes and teaching their followers to do same in prayer. In magic the practictioner is above the diety. He therefore orders it at his will and for satisfaction his needs as wished by the magician. The religious is obedient to the word of God or Diety. And cannot command the spirit to do his will. He prays according to the will of the Spirit. Since the true believer is under the influence and Word of God or Diety. Miracles are faked by tele evangelists and others to dupe their followers. Some consult mediums and the devil to mesmerise the congregation. Let us be wise and worship God in spirit and in truth.

UKRAINE IN TURMOIL

EU and AMERICA sponsored a coup to overthrow democratically elected government in Ukraine. In its place they put a pro Bandera , fascist and neo-nazi coup government. Government that has no good sense , morally corrupt and very anti-ethnic minorities in Ukraine. Minorities that are mainly Tartars and Russian speaking have revolted against western imposed regime in Kiev. Cremea has broken away , after a popular and legitimate referendum. It is now part of Russian Federation. Others in the East and Southern parts of are agitating for independence from Ukraine. And may soon follow the way of Crimea. Russian assistance , oil subsidies and payments to Ukraine have stopped. Western grant of 14 billion US Dollars , with its conditionalities , are so very sufficient to cushion withdrawal of RUSSIAN AID TO KIEV. The new regime is in great in great turmoil. Apart from struggle for disintegration , Ukraine now lacks funds for immediate needs. The new government has appealed for donations from already impoverished citizens , due to the western aid conditionalities. Salaries are to be reduced , pensions cut and ban on government employment is to be enforced. Some soldiers who were sent to deal with anti-government protesters in the minority areas refused orders and joined local militias against the government. The required donations are said to be in aid of the special forces created to fight separatists in the East and Soutq of troubled country. America and EU , who are to blame for the gloomy state of affairs , have directed senseless propaganda against Russian. That Putin and Russia are undermining the unity , security and economy of Ukraine. Western sanctions against Russia are failing and Putin and Russia are gaining respect all over , for rather helping and responding to genuine demands of MINORITIES.

POWER OF WOMEN

Schopenhauer ON WOMEN , wrote women are weaker sex , and argued that they have developed capacity to tell lies , to overcome male physical power. He further stated that women lack justice , and are more likely to commit perjury , since they are liars. And that they should not be trusted as witnesses , in a court of law. Above is disturbing , from a thinker. Are women really weaker than men ? One truth about a woman is that , there is certainty about the mother of her child. A baby comes from the womb , directly and clearly from an outlet on the woman , who becomes undisputed mother of the baby. Men however , are not so knowledgeable in that respect. There is a cloud as to the real biological father of a baby. Superior knowledge women have on the biological father of their children , is a powerful tool that could be used easily to make men docile , and then controlled by their female partners. Hence the steriotype that woman is a weaker sex is overturned , logically. With that counter example , initial theorem on which words of Schopenhauer stands is dead. So there is no rational basis , to consider or accept anti-women statements of Schopenhauer. Such a thinker , whose speculations in respect of women lack root in truth , logic and common sense must be a danger , to good health of societal harmony. Sane men and women may just ignore Schopenhauer’s writings on women.

PRESIDENT ROBERT MUGABE

Zimbabweans have again elected Comrade Robert Mugabe , as their president. He was leader of liberation movement that gained independence , from racist Ian Smith regime of Rhodesia. Land Reforms , fair distribution of fertile lands to the people , has infuriated western supporters of the old regime , where few Europeans controlled about 90% of virgin lands and natural resources. Mugabe’s humane transformation of Rhodesia into Zimbabwe is greatest good , for the fine people. Ian Smith proclaimed fine humanity of president Mugabe , refused to be used against Zimbabwe and happily lived and died peacefully under president Robert Mugabe. Queen of England recognized and honoured Mugabe , with Knighthood , for his profound impact on society. He holds more than ten reputable University Degrees in Political Science , Sociology , Economics , Philosophy , History and other fields. Not many world leaders and his detractors are so capable and learned. Inferiority complex makes western leaders hate him. Mugabe is a Marxist.

EXTINCTION OF PLANET EARTH

Professor S Hawking must not be taken seriously. His warning that Humankind will not survive , next 1000 years on Earth , unless we escape into Space and increase Space Exploration , is strange and without any foundation. Hawking’s Physics is deteriorating into occultism and mysticism. Not long ago , the same famous Physicist made an unsound statement , that Heaven is a funy story. And those who fear death , believe in Heaven , by implication God. I wrote that time that Stephen Hawking was illogical. That Suicide Bombers go killing themselves , for a cause , because of their great belief in Heaven and God. This counter example , shows how wrong , confused and irrational the Professor could be , in the face of Theology and Cosmology. Physics is not Theology. It is inexact science and has many short comings. Physics is inferior to Mathematics and Astronomy , the only pure Sciences. Even Astronomy and Mathematics are incapable of explaining the Universe. How much more Physics and Physicists.
